Happy Birthday Lawson!

11 years ago tonight I went to bed crying

because after being born earlier that morning

the doctors realized there was something wrong

with your breathing and you were placed in ICU...

and I was so worried about the little brother that I hadn't

even gotten to hold yet, but already loved so much.

I'm so glad that you made it through those 8 long days

in ICU and that we've been blessed with you

as a part of our family ever since!
