Was reminded of this verse today:
"Oh, how great is Your goodness,
which You have laid up for those who fear You,
which You have prepared for those who trust in You
in the presence of the sons of men!"

I memorized that verse last summer
when God was teaching me about His goodness
and what it meant to wait for different pieces of "goodness"...
And here I am a year later starting to realize how,
even though it was hard to see at times last year,
the goodness that God has laid up for me
is far to great for me to understand.
Every summertime needs a front porch swing for
morning devotions,
afternoon naps + journaling,
and late night phone calls.
